This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
This page contains both the pre-contract information form and the distance sales agreement required by Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. You read and approve it before completing an order; your approval is stored with the order and the current text is always available on this page.

2. Buyer
The person who creates an account and places an order on buluto.com, with the name, address, phone, email and (for invoicing) ID or tax number provided at checkout.
3. Subject, price and payment
The agreement covers the sale and performance of the service ordered electronically. Service details, term, quantity and the total price including VAT are shown in the order summary and invoice; there are no delivery fees. Payment can be made by card (3D Secure, via a licensed payment institution; card data is not stored by the Seller), bank transfer or account credit. Unless cancelled, the service renews for the same period at the price current on the renewal date, invoiced in advance.
4. Performance
The service is set up electronically after payment is confirmed and access details are sent to the Buyer’s email and client area — usually within minutes and at most within 30 days. Domain registrations complete when submitted to the registry, transfers when the Buyer provides a valid transfer code and the current registrar approves, and SSL certificates when validation is complete.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form, which covers all Buluto services. The Buyer confirms this when approving the order. The voluntary 7-day refund described in the Cancellation and Refund Policy still applies.
6. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints via a support ticket or to [email protected], 08508851453. Consumers may apply to the consumer arbitration committee of their place of residence or of the transaction within the annual monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade, or to consumer courts above those limits.
