This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
These terms govern the services provided by PNET Bilişim LTD ŞTİ (“Buluto”) to any person or company that creates an account or orders a service on buluto.com (the “Customer”). By creating an account or placing an order, the Customer accepts these terms. Consumer purchases are also subject to the Distance Sales Agreement and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Customer details are those provided during registration and ordering. The Customer keeps them accurate and up to date in the client area.
2. Services
Web hosting, reseller hosting, business hosting, business email, cloud servers, SSL certificates, domain registration/transfer/renewal and related add-ons. Technical specifications and limits are those published on the package pages at the time of order and form part of these terms.
3. Account security
The Customer is responsible for keeping account, control panel, FTP, database, email and server passwords confidential; actions taken with these credentials are deemed the Customer’s. Notices sent to the registered email address are deemed received one day after sending.
4. Orders, payment and invoicing
- The total payable, including VAT, is shown in the order summary. Payment can be made by card (via a licensed payment institution; card data is never stored by Buluto), bank transfer or account credit.
- Services are provisioned automatically once payment is confirmed; bank transfers are activated after the payment is received.
- Renewal invoices are issued about 7 days before expiry. The Customer can cancel a service before its renewal date in the client area. Price changes apply from the next renewal period.
5. Unpaid services
Services not paid by the due date may be suspended 5 days after the due date and are reactivated automatically on payment. Data of a suspended service is kept for at least 30 days from suspension and may then be permanently deleted.
6. Acceptable use
Services must be used in compliance with Turkish law. Prohibited uses include copyright or trademark infringement, illegal content, gambling, fraud and phishing, spam, attacks on other systems (scanning, brute force, malware, DDoS), and on shared hosting: IRC, torrents, game servers, crypto mining, persistent background processes, using hosting space as file storage, or consuming shared resources to the detriment of other customers. “Unlimited” features mean ordinary fair use by a single customer. Clearly unlawful content, harmful use or an order of a competent authority may lead to suspension without prior notice. Abuse reports: [email protected].
7. Customer responsibilities
The Customer is responsible for all hosted content and software, for keeping applications up to date and secure, for support and conduct of their own customers on reseller plans, and for operating system and security management on cloud servers.
8. Domains and SSL
Domain operations are subject to the rules of the relevant registries (ICANN, TLD registries and TRABİS for .tr). The registrant shown in the record is the domain owner. Registrations cannot be reversed once submitted to the registry and registry fees are non-refundable. SSL certificates are issued under the certificate authority’s validation rules and cannot be refunded once issued.
9. Backups and availability
Buluto takes backups of shared hosting at the frequency stated on the package page as protection against infrastructure failures; keeping an up-to-date copy of data remains the Customer’s responsibility. Backups of cloud servers are the Customer’s responsibility unless purchased. Infrastructure is monitored 24/7; where a package states an availability target, extra service time proportional to the downtime is credited on request if monthly availability falls below it (excluding announced maintenance, customer-caused issues, attacks and force majeure).
10. Liability
Except for intent, gross negligence and statutory consumer rights, Buluto’s liability is limited to the fees paid by the Customer for the affected service in the last 12 months. Buluto is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, damage caused by Customer content or software, or outages caused by third parties (registries, certificate authorities, payment institutions, telecom providers) or force majeure.
11. Term and termination
These terms are effective from account creation for an indefinite period; each service runs for its paid period. The Customer may cancel services in the client area; refunds follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Buluto may terminate in case of material breach or false information; where not caused by the Customer, unused prepaid fees are refunded.
12. Personal data, changes and disputes
Personal data is processed as described in the KVKK notice and Privacy Policy. Material changes to the Customer’s detriment are announced by email at least 30 days in advance. Turkish law applies. Consumers may apply to consumer arbitration committees within the annual monetary limits, or to consumer courts; for business customers, the courts of Kocaeli have jurisdiction.
