Cancellation and Refund Policy

This page explains cancellation, the right of withdrawal and refunds for services provided by PNET Bilişim LTD ŞTİ (“Buluto”). Send requests via a support ticket in the client area or to [email protected].

1. Cancelling a service

Cancel any service from its page in the client area, either at the end of the billing period (it keeps running until then and is not renewed) or immediately. For domains, simply turn off auto-renew. Data of cancelled services is deleted, so please back it up first.

2. Right of withdrawal

Hosting, email, cloud server, SSL and domain services start being performed electronically as soon as the order is confirmed. Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form; by confirming the order you agree that the service starts immediately. Buluto nevertheless offers the voluntary refund below.

3. 7-day money-back guarantee

For the first order of shared web hosting, business hosting, reseller hosting and business email, if you cancel within 7 days of activation the service fee is refunded in full. Renewals, upgrade differences, add-ons and licences, setup fees and services closed for abuse are excluded. If a free domain was included, that year’s registration fee is deducted.

4. Non-refundable services

• Domain registration, transfer and renewal once submitted to the registry.
• SSL certificates once issued (before issuance, the certificate authority’s policy applies).
• Cloud servers (resources are allocated at order); you can cancel at the end of the period.
• Software licences and third-party services.

5. How refunds are made

Card payments are refunded to the same card and sent to the payment institution within 14 days of approval; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank. Bank transfers are refunded to an IBAN in the name of the payer. On request, refunds can be added to your account credit instead. Unused account credit can be refunded when you close your account.
