Frequently asked questions
Is migration really free?
Yes. There is no charge for moving sites, databases and email to a Buluto hosting plan.
Will my site go down during migration?
No. Your site is prepared and checked on the new server first; DNS is switched last, so there is no downtime.
What do you need from me?
Login details for your current hosting panel or a full backup file. Your details are used only for the migration.
How long does it take?
Most sites are moved the same day. For very large sites and mail archives we tell you the timeline in advance.
